NOVELTY - Producing graphene, comprises: providing an extrusion device; feeding graphite as the first substance into the extrusion device; feeding at least one second substance into the extrusion device, the second substance serving as a continuous phase in the extrusion process; and extruding the two substances with conversion of the graphite into graphene, where the graphene is extruded as a dispersed phase. USE - The method is useful for producing grapheme. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables continuous graphene production in efficient and large production volume, on an industrial scale; can be carried out easily; significantly reduces the time required; and improves the quality and quantity of the graphene produced from graphite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for extrusion device, comprising a housing, conveyor device comprising two co-rotating twin screws, which is arranged at least partially in an interior of the housing and is designed for extruding respective substances in the interior, at least one feed opening for feeding graphite into the interior, at least three, preferably at least six, preferably at least ten feed openings for feeding a further substance into the interior,where the feed openings for the further substance are arranged at a distance from one another in the conveying direction of the conveying device.
