NOVELTY - Organic substances are decomposed by fast heating in oxyhydrogen flame and active carbon atoms are produced. The produced carbon atoms are reconfigured on an insulating substrate or catalyst substrate, to obtain graphene powder. USE - Manufacture of graphene powder for photoelectric device such as copper indium gallium diselenide, cadmium telluride type device and dye-sensitized solar cells, panel displays, super capacitors, field emission materials, and lithium ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The manufacturing method is simple, economical, and produces high quality graphene powder with reduced defects and excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of transparent graphene conductive film, which involves producing active carbon atoms by decomposing organic substances by rapid heating, and depositing the carbon atoms on catalyst thin film or foil substrate.
