▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Photo-curing 3D printing manufacturing for ceramic cores with high porosity, comprises (1) adding graphene to inorganic powder with alumina as main body, mixing uniformly, adding the above mixture to photosensitive resin acrylic resin to obtain ceramic slurry; where mass of the graphene in the total powder is 0.05-15 wt.%, and mass of the inorganic powder with alumina as main body is 85-99.95 wt.%; in the ceramic slurry, mass of powder is 50-90 wt.%, and mass of photosensitive resin is 10-50 wt.%; (2) pouring the ceramic slurry into light-curing 3D printer and printing it under ultraviolet light curing conditions to obtain a ceramic core blank; (3) adding the ceramic core blank into tube furnace, under argon atmosphere, complete degreasing at heating rate of 0.2-5 degrees C/minute, temperature of 350-650 degrees C, and heat preservation time of 0.5-6 hours. USE - The method is useful for photo-curing 3D printing manufacturing for ceramic cores with high porosity. ADVANTAGE - The method: can improves the porosity of the ceramic core by introducing graphene into the ceramic slurry, reduces the difficulty of removal and facilitates removal process of ceramic core; and can be used in the production of alumina-based ceramic cores.
