▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite composition (16) comprises an epoxy matrix, microsize graphite and nanosize graphene sheets, in which the ratio of graphite to graphene is 4:1-7:1, and the total amount of graphite and graphene is 7-35 parts per 100 total pts. wt. of epoxy, graphite and graphene. USE - The composite composition is useful in an electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite composition: has a thermal conductivity of at least 5 W/m-K, at least 7 W/m-K, or at least 27 W/m-K (claimed); and reduces the overall thermal interface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an electronic device (10) comprising a substrate (12), a heat producing component (14) operatively connected to the substrate, a heat dissipating component (18) operatively connected to the substrate, and an electrically insulating and thermally conductive composite composition disposed between and thermally connecting the heat producing component and the heat dissipating component.
