NOVELTY - The present invention relates to a method of transferring a graphene film, comprising: (A) providing a carrier, wherein the carrier has a first surface, and a second surface, and a first graphene is formed on the first surface; (B) placing a patterned protecting layer on the second surface of the carrier; (C) patterning the carrier to expose the first graphene film; (D) placing the first graphene film with the patterned carrier on a substrate; (E) removing the patterned carrier to transfer the first graphene film on the substrate.
