NOVELTY - A fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composite comprises carbon fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphene and silicon carbide substrate. The external surface of carbon nanotubes and graphene is coated with carbon fiber. The outermost layer is silicon carbide substrate. USE - Fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composite has improved mechanical properties and efficiency and adjustable design.
