NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises adding 10 g polished graphene particles in 5% ammonia water to obtain 0.25-1 g/L graphene oxide solution, placing in a high-pressure box, heating to 100 degrees C for 0.5 hour, cooling the graphene solution for 1-1.5 hour, and observing and recording extrudate in the solution at different temperatures; pressing the polished graphene material, uniformly spreading on a plate, heating at 100-110 degrees C, cooling to room temperature for 0.5 hour, heating to 120-130 degrees C, introducing hydrochloric acid, standing for 1 hour, discharging, filtering, and separating to obtain an expanded product; and adding 10 kg expanded product in 2 kg alcohol solution, mixing, cooling to - 5-0 degrees C, standing for 1.5 hour, discharging excess alcohol solution through a filter until the solid precipitates, introducing clear water to the solid precipitates, washing with water, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is inexpensive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene comprises: (A) slowly adding a graphene raw material in 30% sodium bicarbonate solution, stirring for 1-2 hours, taking out the graphene raw material, washing with water, polishing the graphene raw material, and collecting the polished graphene particles; (B) adding 10 g polished graphene particles in 5% ammonia water to obtain 0.25-1 g/L graphene oxide solution, placing in a high-pressure box, separating using ultrasonic waves, heating to 100 degrees C for 0.5 hour, cooling the graphene solution for 1-1.5 hour, observing extrudate in the solution at different temperatures, and recording; (C) calculating the recorded temperature, pressing the polished graphene material, uniformly spreading on a plate, heating at 100-110 degrees C, cooling to room temperature for 0.5 hour, heating to 120-130 degrees C, introducing hydrochloric acid, standing for 1 hour, discharging, reduced to normal temperature and pressure, filtering, and separating using a resonance device to obtain an expanded product; and (D) adding 10 kg expanded product in 2 kg alcohol solution, mixing, cooling to - 5-0 degrees C, standing for 1.5 hour, discharging excess alcohol solution through a filter until the solid precipitates, introducing clear water to the solid precipitates to reach the normal temperature, washing with water, and drying.
