NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot involves adding 1,3,6-trinitrotoluene into sodium hydroxide solution, using ultrasonic cell and crushing ultrasonically then transferring polytetrafluoroethylene into reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction, filtering, dialyzing, drying, and collecting to obtain graphene quantum dot powder. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene quantum dot in simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner which is suitable for mass production and has high application value.
