NOVELTY - Extracting rebaudioside A from Stevia rebaudiana comprises extracting the dry leaves of stevia to obtain an extract, applying the extract to a separation column packed with molecularly imprinted composite materials, after the eluent is eluted to obtain the pure product of rebaudioside A, the molecularly imprinted composite material includes a graphene carrier and a molecularly imprinted polymer, the molecularly imprinted polymer uses rebaudioside A as a template molecule with acrylamide as the functional monomer, using ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent and acetonitrile as pore-forming agent. USE - The method is useful for extracting rebaudioside A from Stevia rebaudiana. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has strong operability, and high product purity and yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for extracting rebaudioside A from Stevia rebaudianacomprising extracting dry leaves to obtain the leach liquor specifically comprising crushing the Stevia rebaudiana dry leaf, adding de-ionized water according to material liquid ratio of 1:4-6, ultrasonically extracting for 10-20 minutes at a power of 300-400 W and filtering to obtain the leaching liquor.
