▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A positive electrode material comprises a positive electrode material core, coating layer (A), and coating layer (B). The coating layer (A) is coated on the positive electrode material core. The composition of the coating layer (A) comprises a lithium-ion conductive material containing inorganic oxide solid electrolyte. The lithium-ion conductive material is a material that can delithiate at ≤ 4.3 V and does not oxidize and decompose at 4.3-4.9 V. The coating layer (B) is coated on the coating layer (A). The composition of the coating layer (B) comprises a conductive polymer material. The coating layer (B) is made conductive and flexible to avoid cracking when the positive electrode material core expands and contracts. USE - Positive electrode material used in battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion conductive materials have excellent lithium-ion conductivity, stable structure under high voltage, does not react with electrolyte components, while reducing side reactions at positive electrode interface, and can also function as a lithium-ion channel in the entire coating layer afterwards. Due to the flexibility and conductivity of the coating layer (B), the entire composite flexible coating layer is flexible, which can avoid cracking and failure due to the expansion and contraction of the crystal lattice during the charging and discharging process of the material. The composition of the composite flexible coating layer is stable at high potential and will not be oxidized and decomposed, and the entire flexible coating layer has dual channels of ions and electrons. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of positive electrode material.
