NOVELTY - A heat-conducting adhesive comprises 45-60 parts by mass side-chain carboxyl functionalized modified rubber copolymer, 10-15 parts by mass tackifier, 100-120 parts by mass solvent and 3-5 parts by mass high-thermal conductivity nano powder. The high-thermal-conductivity nano powder is crosslinked with the side chain of rubber copolymer, such that the heat-conducting adhesive forms a porous crosslinked network structure capable of conducting heat in vertical direction. USE - The heat-conducting adhesive is used for preparing double-sided adhesive tape (claimed) used in heat conduction materials, such as electronic components. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting double-sided adhesive tape prepared using the heat-conducting adhesive, when coated on electronic component, enables the formed adhesive film to completely attach to the electronic product component. The heat-conducting adhesive has improved reliability and heat dissipation function. The adhesive tape has good interface bonding effect, good heat-conducting effect, and hence it is repeatedly peeled off and reused. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for heat-conducting double-sided adhesive tape. The porous cross-linked network structure of adhesive, forms interface bonding force under the action of atmospheric pressure, thereby forming the bonding force of the heat-conducting double-sided tape, provided that the heat-conducting double-sided tape is repeatedly peeled off several times.
