▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly distributing super-hydrophobic photo-thermal conversion material on a surface of a hydrophilic supporting substrate to obtain a photo-thermal conversion film. The photo-thermal conversion film is folded into conical shape by using a side of the super-hydrophobic photo-thermal conversion material. A conical groove is formed on an upper end surface of a cylindrical heat insulation device. An end of a hydrophilic fiber material is uniformly distributed on an upper edge of the conical light-heat conversion film. The super-hydrophobic photo-thermal conversion material is graphene, carbon nano tube, carbon black, graphite, molybdenum carbide and/or high molecular copolymer. The hydrophilic supporting substrate is filter paper, non-woven fabric, cotton net, cloth strip and/or micro-pore filter film. The hydrophilic fiber material is filter paper, non-woven fabric, cotton net and cloth strip. USE - The method is useful for solving salt deposition of conical evaporator. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the existing conical evaporator is easy to salt deposition caused by evaporation rate is reduced, and cannot realize long-term continuous stable operation in the seawater desalination process.
