NOVELTY - Nonwoven material comprises a graphene viscose composite fiber and a bamboo charcoal viscose composite fiber. USE - The material is useful in sanitary materials including mask substrate, wet wipe cloth, makeup remover, sanitary napkin and incontinence pad (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent antibacterial and adsorption properties, has low-temperature far-infrared and negative ion releasing effect, hence avoids the complicated formulation or preparation process caused by the addition of antibacterial or adsorbent substances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nonwoven material involving mixing graphene viscose composite fiber and bamboo charcoal viscose composite fiber and sequentially carrying out multi-bin mixing, carding, spunlace reinforcing and drying treatment to prepare the product.
