▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing rare earth metal-based titanium nitride ceramic coating comprises (1) dissolving the raw materials in the solvent to obtain the raw material suspension, where the raw materials include 50-75 pts. wt. trivalent titanium-containing metal compounds, 24-50 pts. wt. trivalent rare earth metal-containing compounds, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene, (2) stirring the raw material suspension obtained in step (1), and after filtration, calcining the obtained solid material, and cooling to obtain the precursor material, and (3) firing the precursor material obtained in the step (2) in an ammonia gas atmosphere, and after cooling, obtaining rare earth metal-based titanium nitride ceramic coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing rare earth metal-based titanium nitride ceramic coating, which is used as ceramic cutter reinforced phase and wear resistant ceramic coating to obtain wide application. ADVANTAGE - The rare earth metal-based titanium nitride ceramic coating has high wear resistance, excellent electrical conductivity and strong corrosion resistance, and according to different reaction temperature and raw material ratio, different coating material colors can be obtained.
