▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based aqueous ink comprises 0.1-20 %mass active component and solvent. The active component is chosen from graphene ink, graphene oxide, graphene and silver nanoparticles composite and graphene oxide and silver nanoparticles composite. USE - Graphene-based aqueous ink is used in inkjet printing of conductive transparent electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based aqueous ink is manufactured by environmentally-friendly and simple process. The patterned electrode provided using the graphene-based aqueous ink has excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage method of graphene-based aqueous ink for inkjet printing of conductive transparent electrode, which involves printing on a substrate using the graphene-based aqueous ink at 0-60 degrees C, placing resultant product in vacuum-desiccator containing reducing material and heat-treating at 70-150 degrees C for 0.5-24 hours.
