▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene liquid drop printing three-dimensional prefabricated reinforced magnesium-based composite material comprises (i) connecting the uniformly dispersed low-defect graphene solution to the uniform droplet injection device, spraying a uniform graphene droplet jet through the piezoelectric nozzle, and adjusting the injection parameters to ensure that the graphene droplets are sprayed onto the surface of the low-temperature substrate to freeze and solidify, shaping the graphene ice shape according to the set printing path; (ii) adding graphene ice form in a vacuum freeze dryer, freeze-drying and obtaining a three-dimensional graphene prefabricated body with a designable configuration on the design drawing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene liquid drop printing three-dimensional prefabricated reinforced magnesium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three-dimensional prefabricated reinforced magnesium-based composite material with low defect graphene low defect of the design configuration, and provides a combined uniform liquid drop injection 3D printing, freezing solidification forming and vacuum freeze drying method, and realizes flexible printing preparation of 3D connected structure.
