▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-foamed polyethylene terephthalate (PET) comprises (i) drying a single-layer graphene oxide dispersion by an atomization drying method to obtain graphene oxide microspheres having a carbon-oxygen ratio of 3-6, (ii) uniformly mixing 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide microspheres and 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent, (iii) mixing 100 pts. wt. PET, 0.2-06 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.3-1 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide and 0.6-1 pts. wt. zinc oxide in an internal mixer at 150-200 degrees C, (iv) adding the product of step (iii) and step (ii) into the internal mixer at 100-110 degrees C, and (v) transferring into a mold, foaming at 110-135 degrees C for 3-10 minutes, and heating to 136-200 degrees C for 5-20 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-foamed PET. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy; and ensures that the addition of graphene oxide does not affect the original preparation process. The graphene-foamed PET: comprises graphene filled in PET pores, which play a role of supporting and enhances the strength and the elasticity of the foaming material; and improves the corona resistance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-foamed PET composite material, comprising graphene sheets lapped into a porous network filled in the pores of foamed PET.
