▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing jagged conductive silicone rubber nanocomposite material comprises injecting conductive filler into mold with serrated cavity to construct three-dimensional continuous conductive network skeleton, filling the silicone rubber in the voids of the three-dimensional continuous conductive network skeleton, curing by heating, and demolding the mold to obtain zigzag conductive silicone rubber nanocomposite. USE - The jagged conductive silicone rubber nano-composite material is useful in the electromagnetic wave shielding field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The jagged conductive silicone rubber nano-composite material exhibits good conductivity at very low filler content (≯ 5 wt.%), has adjustable electromagnetic shielding performance value, has good angle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for jagged conductive silicone rubber nano-composite material.
