NOVELTY - Preparing graphene loaded nano-silver-nickel alloy composite powder comprises mixing graphite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, cooling, adding sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate mixed solution, reacting, adding distilled water, hydrogen peroxide solution and dilute sulfuric acid, cooling and centrifuging, dialyzing to obtain a sol, mixing silver nitrate solution and nickel sulfate solution, adding sol, ultrasonically processing, adding sodium hydroxide solution and hydrazine hydrate solution, placing in water bath, reacting, washing the product, drying and grinding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene loaded nano-silver-nickel alloy composite powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and fast; does not add any surface modifiers; and ensures uniform surface particle distribution and stable chemical performance of the alloy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene loaded nano-silver-nickel alloy composite powder comprises (a) mixing graphite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid, transferring into an ice water bath, stirring at 0-4 degrees C for 30 minutes to obtain a mixed solution, where the amount of graphite is 1-1.5 g and the volume of sulfuric acid is 50 ml, (b) cooling in an ice water bath at 0-4 degrees C, adding 1.5 g sodium nitrate and 10 g potassium permanganate mixed solution, stirring for 2 hours at room temperature, then reacting in 35 degrees C water bath for 10 hours, adding 400-500 ml distilled water, adding hydrogen peroxide solution to the mixed solution until golden yellow, adding 10 ml dilute sulfuric acid, cooling and centrifuging, dialyzing in a semipermeable membrane until neutral, where ultrasonic sol dissolving concentration is 0.01 g/ml, (c) mixing 0.8-1.2 g silver nitrate solution with 3-4 g nickel sulfate solution, adding 35 ml sol obtained in the step (b), ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, adding 10 ml sodium hydroxide solution under the condition of stirring, adding hydrazine hydrate solution, placing in 70 degrees C water bath, controlling the stirring speed to be 300 revolutions/minute and reacting for 30 minutes to obtain the product, washing the product and transferring into a vacuum drying box and grinding, where the volume of water used is 25 ml and the amount of distilled water used is 10 ml.
