NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene hydrophobic PTFE microporous membrane comprises mixing graphene, PTFE dispersion resin powder and extrusion additive at mass ratio of 0.05-0.1:1:0.25-0.3, standing at 50-70 degrees C for 24 hours, extruding, dispersing, pressing at 40-50 degrees C, pressing at 55-60 degrees C, rolling, calendering at 70 degrees C, degreasing at 260-280 degrees C, removing extrusion additive, stretching, surface treating with lipophilic solution at 280-300 degrees C, stretching, hardening, stretching at 120-200 degrees C, sintering at 350-380 degrees C and curing. USE - Method for preparing graphene hydrophobic PTFE microporous membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and inexpensive. The membrane has 80% porosity.
