NOVELTY - The graphene composite aluminum foil has a planar graphene layer which is located in parallel on an aluminum foil substrate. A vertical graphene layer is vertically on the planar graphene layer. The planar graphene layer has a thickness of 5 nm to 30 nm. The vertical graphene layer has a thickness of 10 nm to 1000 nm. USE - Graphene composite aluminum foil. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process of the graphene composite aluminum foil fully exploits the advantages of the plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition process. The high quality aluminum foil with special morphology graphene composite can be prepared at a lower temperature. The graphene and the aluminum foil are closely adhered to each other, and the formed interface has high quality.
