▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite comprises a transition metal oxide complexed by an electrostatic attraction, 2-15 pts. wt. water soluble branched polymer having primary and secondary amine groups, and 15-50 pts. wt. reduced oxidized graphene. USE - Composite used as negative electrode active material for manufacturing secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite has low impedance, an excellent electrochemical characteristic such as an improved rate characteristic and a high battery capacity, and is stably maintained activity even in repeated electrochemical reactions without requiring required surface modification, and can be produced in simple, precise and cost-effective manner.
