▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced metal/alloy composite material, involves configuring solution containing graphene and metal ions, orienting the solution containing graphene and metal ions, spreading the graphene in it along plane x, keeping the spreading state of graphene in the solution containing graphene and metal ions unchanged, conveying between the anode plate and cathode plate parallel to the plane x for electrochemical deposition, and co-depositing graphene and metal or alloy on the cathode plate to obtain graphene reinforced metal/alloy composite material, where the orientation treatment refers to controlling the solution containing graphene and metal ions to flow along the pipeline for a period of time to achieve the initial orientation of the fluid, keeping the flow state unchanged, and applying alternating electric field to the solution containing graphene and metal ions in the pipeline to achieve alternating electric field induced orientation. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene reinforced metal/alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and controllable. The composite material greatly improves the heat conduction, wear resistance, friction reduction and elastic modulus function. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a metal/alloy composite material preparation process schematic diagram graphene. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
