NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial and environmentally friendly sponge mattress, comprises (1) adding 2-5% polyether, 8-12% high-resilience polyether, 50-55% white polyether, 30-35% toluene diisocyanate, 1-2% silicone oil, 3-4.2% water, 0.05-0.07% amine catalyst and tin catalyst 0.1-0.2% into foaming cylinder, and connecting the foaming cylinder with stirring mechanism, (2) starting the stirring mechanism, and stirring the mixture for 30-60 minutes, then adding the mixture to mold, and foaming for 20-30 hours at 30-60 degreesC, (3) making the molding temperature reaches 115-130 degreesC, cooling to 90-100 degreesC by water, and vacuumizing for demolding, (4) cutting the obtained mixture, and (5) nailing the fitting pads on upper and lower ends of base layer, installing hollow blocks in the base layer and laying ventilation pipes, nailing latex sponge on the upper end of the wooden board, and wrapping sealing cloth on the outside of the latex sponge and wooden board with zipper on the sealing cloth. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial and environmentally friendly sponge mattress. ADVANTAGE - The sponge mattress: includes ventilation mechanism arranged in the base layer, so that the outside air can enter the inside of the mattress, which speed up the mattress heat dissipation, and ensures quick drying of the upper end of the mattress to prevent moisture damage to the human body; includes backing plate on the upper end of the mattress, which changes the softness of the mattress; and includes latex sponge and graphene fiber cloth on the backing plate, which ensures better antibacterial effect and prevents damage to the skin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the sponge mattress prepared by the above method, comprising base layer (11), where the upper and lower ends of the base layer are wrapped with fitting pad (12), the base layer is provided with ventilation mechanism, the fitting pad is externally wrapped with sponge pad (17), the sponge pad is externally wrapped with wrapping cloth (18), the lower end of the wrapping cloth is fixedly provided with storage layer (31), backing plate is installed inside the storage layer, folding layer is fixedly arranged on the upper end of the wrapping cloth, and zipper is fixed inside the folding layer.
