NOVELTY - Material comprises low density polyethylene, graphene, silicon calcium magnesium (SCM) whiskers, modified silica beads, coconut oil acid diethanolamine, lauric acid diethanolamide, polyvinyl chloride resin, sodium alginate, cold-resistant plasticizer, wollastonite, barium stearate, talc powder, antioxidant 215, bacterial cellulose powder and reinforcing agent, where reinforcing agent is composed of high density polyethylene, high density polyvinyl chloride, ultrafine montmorillonite powder, carbon nanotubes, silane coupling agent, stearic acid and titanium dioxide nano powder. USE - The material is useful for preparing polyethylene pipe (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing material comprising (i) weighing the raw materials components, (ii) adding low density polyethylene, silicon calcium magnesium (SCM) whiskers, modified silica microbeads, polyvinyl chloride resin, cold resistant plasticizer, sodium alginate and wollastonite into vacuum kneader, kneading for 40-45 minutes, (iii) adding graphene, coconut oil acid diethanolamine, lauric acid diethanolamide, barium stearate, talc, antioxidant 215, bacterial cellulose powder and reinforcing agent into the mixture prepared in step (ii), continue to knead for 45-50 minutes, and then discharging, (iv) placing discharge on twin-screw extruder for extrusion and granulation, discharging, drying and pelletizing, where temperature in each zone is 100-200 degrees C, and the main engine speed is 305 revolutions/minute.
