▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of modified porous bracket material comprises dispersing graphene oxide in calcium source solution, water bath processing at 30-60 degrees C, and stirring at 250-350 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain first solution, where mass ratio of graphene oxide and calcium source is 1:(2.0-6.3); adjusting pH to 9.5-11.5 and dropwise adding phosphorus source solution, where molar ratio of calcium to phosphorus is 1.67; stirring at 30-60 degrees C for 16-24 hours, aging at room temperature for 12-24 hours, cleaning, and drying to obtain composite powder material; adding silica gel, stirring, and adding pore-forming agent, where ratio of silica gel to composite powder material is 1:(5-8) and mass ratio of pore former to composite powder material is 1:(1.5-5.0); extruding, immersing in analytical pure alcohol, and drying; and heating to 200 degrees C under inert atmosphere, heat-preserving for 1-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing modified porous bracket material. ADVANTAGE - The bracket material has bone component and porous structure close to human body, pore size of 300-800 mu m, porosity of 30-70%, compressive strength of 0.9-4.2 MPa, good biodegradability and osteogenesis in simulated body fluids, and no cytotoxicity.
