NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene electrode resonator involves placing resonator in quartz tube in tube furnace, filling with inert gas to remove air in quartz tube, and heating to 1000-1200 degrees C for 30-60 minutes. The system is cooled to room temperature under inert gas, at end of reaction. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene electrode resonator. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture graphene electrode resonator that has high conductivity, good capacitance effect, more charge storage and high exchange efficiency, and reduces driving voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene electrode resonator, which comprises resonator quartz shell layer and resonator graphene electrode layer, where resonator graphene electrode layer is attached to inner side of resonator quartz shell layer.
