ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture graphene electrode resonator that has high conductivity, good capacitance effect, more charge storage and high exchange efficiency, and reduces driving voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene electrode resonator, which comprises resonator quartz shell layer and resonator graphene electrode layer, where resonator graphene electrode layer is attached to inner side of resonator quartz shell layer.
