NOVELTY - Preparing wiring harness comprises (i) choosing conductive copper wire, drawing by wire drawing machine, choosing copper wire which meets specifications, tinning surface, choosing tinned copper wire, choosing at least two tinned copper wires, and twisting each other to obtain wire core, wrapping insulating layer on core, then wrapping aluminum foil layer on outside of insulating layer, and wrapping insulating layer on outside of aluminum foil layer to obtain single-strand wire harness, and (ii) choosing multiple single-strand wire harnesses, passing through lining space between each other, coating outside of multiple single-strand wire harnesses with PVC sheaths, then placing corrugated tube on outside of PVC sheath, wrapping tape, and installing fixed terminals at both ends to obtain finished wire harness. USE - The method is useful for preparing wiring harness for vehicle (claimed), and in automobile, household appliance, computer and communication device, many electronic instrument and instrument. ADVANTAGE - The wire harness: has high service life, high overall strength, excellent flame retardancy and anti-aging performance, and high practicability.
