NOVELTY - A composite body comprises N-type doped carbon-based thin film, positively charged base derivative derived from photobase generator and provided on carbon-based thin film, and acid derivative derived from substance in which base is eliminated from photobase generator. USE - A composite body. ADVANTAGE - The composite body containing the carbon-based thin film can control electron concentration by a wide concentration range, and is stable for a long time in the atmosphere. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of composite body which involves forming photobase generator layer on carbon-based thin film of laminated body which has base material which transmits UV light, and carbon-based thin film provided on base material, and irradiating UV light from base material side of laminated body after the photobase generator layer forming process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structural model of graphene applied on the photobase generator and irradiated with UV light. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
