NOVELTY - A carboxylated graphene oxide-modified double conductive polymer electrode material is obtained by mixing carboxylated graphene oxide-modified polyaniline and carboxylated graphene oxide-modified polypyrrole. The carboxylated graphene oxide-modified polyaniline/carboxylated graphene oxide-modified polypyrrole is obtained by dissolving 0.5 mL polymer monomer and 0.25 g sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate in 40 mL 0.5 sulfuric acid, adding carboxylated graphene oxide, ultrasonically treating, adding 200 mL sulfuric acid solution of 8 g attapulgite and 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution of 1.25 g ammonium persulfate, stirring, leaving still overnight, filtering, washing and absolute ethanol, drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours, grinding to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide-modified polyaniline or carboxylated graphene oxide-modified polypyrrole/attapulgite clay composite, adding the composite to hydrofluoric acid solution, stirring to remove attapulgite template, vacuum filtering, washing and drying. USE - Carboxylated graphene oxide-modified double conductive polymer electrode material used for supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carboxylated graphene oxide-modified double conductive polymer electrode material has ultrahigh and stable electrochemical properties, and provides supercapacitor with high capacity and excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The carboxylated graphene oxide is obtained by mixing 100 mL graphene oxide dispersion with 4.5 mL hydrogen bromide, reacting under magnetic stirring for 12 hours, adding 1.5 g oxalic acid, stirring for 4 hours, centrifuging with distilled water, washing until pH of the solution is neutral, drying in air oven at 60 degrees C for 10 hours, and grinding into powder. The graphene oxide dispersion is obtained by mixing 13 mL phosphoric acid and 120 mL sulfuric acid, adding 1 g 325 mesh-flake graphite and 6 g potassium permanganate, stirring at 48 degrees C for 12 hours, cooling to less than 20 degrees C, adding 20 mL 30% hydrogen peroxide, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and absolute ethanol until the pH becomes neutral, drying in air, ultrasonicallty treating for 90 minutes under ambient conditions, sealing and storing.
