NOVELTY - The device has a detection optical fiber (10) whose two ends are provided as an input end and an output end. An embedding groove (13) is provided on an outer circumference of the detection optical fiber. The adhesion layer (20), the grid electrode (30), the source electrode (40), the drain electrode (50), the photo-deformable layer (60) and the graphene layer (70) are arranged inside the embedding groove. The adhesive layer is glued and arranged inside the embedding groove. The grid electrode is arranged on a side of the adhesive layer away from the detection optical fiber. The drain electrode and the source electrode are respectively arranged at both ends of the grid electrode. The photo-deformable layer is arranged on a side of the grid electrode far away from the detection optical fiber. The graphene layer is arranged on a side of the photo-deformable layer away from the detection optical fiber. USE - Monitoring device of optical fiber twisting system, for use in system for monitoring optical fiber twisting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device obtains distortion condition of the optical fiber to be measured through corresponding relation of output voltage change and distortion degree of the optical fiber to be tested.
