▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-supporting graphene-based carbon microsphere cathode frame comprises (i) mixing the aqueous dispersion of chitin microsphere with metal salts and aqueous ammonia, stirring, and filtering to obtain chitin microspheres doped with metal hydroxides; (ii) dispersing the chitin microspheres of the doped metal hydroxide into water, dropping surface charge modifier, stirring, adding oxidized graphene solution, continuously stirring, filtering and annealing to obtain metal/nitrogen co-doped carbon micron ball coated by graphene; and (iii) uniformly dispersing metal/nitrogen co-doped carbon mic microsphere coated by graphene, binder and conductive agent in water, filtering to form film, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing self-supporting graphene-based carbon microsphere cathode frame. ADVANTAGE - The frame exhibits high specific capacity and excellent electrochemical performance, and improves the cycle stability of the electrode while increasing the energy density.
