NOVELTY - A titanium-based polymer alloy coating comprises titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer comprising 400-500 pts. wt. imide resin, 100-300 pts. wt. hydroxyl organic titanium polymer (I), 50-200 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, and 100-300 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide. The imide resin is one or more of soluble polyimide resin, polyamidoimide resin, and bismaleimide resin. When the imide resin is the soluble polyimide resin, the titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer is a titanium-based polyimide polymer alloy copolymer. When the imide resin is a polyamide-imide resin, the titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer is a titanium-based polyamide-imide polymer alloy copolymer. When the imide resin is a bismaleimide resin, the titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer is a titanium-based bismaleimide polymer alloy copolymer. USE - Titanium-based polymer alloy coating used for oil well pipes. ADVANTAGE - The titanium-based polymer alloy coating provides oil well pipe with corrosion protection property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the titanium-based polymer alloy special coating, which involves adding titanium-based polymer alloy copolymer, fully methyl etherified amino resin, water-soluble phenolic resin, water-based graphene dispersion slurry, dispersant, anti-flash rust agent, corrosion inhibitor, fumed silica, hydrated aluminum magnesium silicate, tetrahydrofuran, N-methylpyrrolidone, defoamer, leveling agent, after mixing the filler, milling, adding pH regulator to adjust the system to pH 7-9, and then adding polyphenolic resin emulsion, phenyl silicone resin emulsion, styrene butadiene rubber emulsion, and anti-rust pigment, and dispersing evenly. n = 100 or more;and A = group of formula (i).
