USE - The method is useful for preparing lightweight concrete wall. ADVANTAGE - The method: decomposes the second foaming agent in the polymer fiber at a high temperature, to form a pore structure inside the polymer fiber, thus having complex porous structure, reducing the self-weight of the concrete and ensuring self-heat insulation effect of the concrete wall. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing lightweight concrete wall comprises (a) uniformly mixing first polymer emulsion and the second foaming agent, electrospinning to obtain polymer fibers, adding a chain extender, graphene oxide and a soluble metal salt to the second polymer emulsion, heating to 80-95 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, impregnating in an acidic solution to obtain porous fibers, (b) uniformly mixing the porous fiber, fly ash, ash calcium powder, stone powder 70 sand, vitrified microbeads, Portland cement, diatomaceous earth, attapulgite, lightweight aggregate, and waste rubber powder under mechanical stirring to obtain a powder mixture, (c) dispersing water reducing agent and other auxiliary agents in water, adding to the above powder mixture, stirring well to obtain a mixed slurry, adding a first blowing agent to the mixed slurry, and stirring uniformly to obtain a concrete precursor, and (d) adding the above concrete precursor to a mold, where the amount of grouting is 50-65% of the volume of the mold, sealing the mold, waiting for the first and second blowing agents to generate bubbles, enabling the concrete precursor to fill the entire mold, allowing to stand for 1-3 hours, removing the mold after the concrete is solidified and the demolding strength is reached and carrying out conservation to obtain lightweight concrete wall.
