▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has the first and the second rectangular air groove (5,6) which are respectively arranged vertically on both sides of the I-shaped air groove. All air grooves in a metal layer (1) are mirror-symmetrical along the vertical center line of the top surface of the metal layer. A first graphene nano-embedded strip (3) is attached to the surface of a dielectric layer (2) in the third horizontal air groove (10). A second graphene nano-embedded strip (4) is pasted on the surface of the dielectric layer, in a fourth horizontal air groove (11). The sensor changes the chemical potential of the first graphene nano-insertion strip and the second graphene nano-insertion strip embedded in the air groove by powering on, so as to realize the conversion from three resonance reflection valleys before power-on to two resonance reflection valleys after power-on. USE - Reflection-type terahertz adjustable refractive index sensor for detecting chemical substance. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has small size, wide detection range, high sensitivity, flexible operation, and high application value in the detection of chemical substance.
