DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite heat transfer component, which involves arranging a plate made of a carbonaceous material composed of a composite of graphene aggregates and graphite particles formed by depositing single-layer or multi-layer graphene in a cavity of a mold, forming a cast metal component by supplying a molten or semi-melted metal into the cavity, and coating the surface of the plate with the cast metal component.
