▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Passivation composite anti-corrosion wear-resistant layer comprises multi-element permeable layer and passivation film layer. The multi-element permeable layer comprises 12-32 pts. wt. zinc-aluminum alloy powder, 1-10 pts. wt. nickel-chromium alloy powder, 0-5 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0-5 pts. wt. zinc-bismuth alloy powder, 0-2 pts. wt. bismuth powder, 0.3-2 pts. wt. ammonium chloride, 0.1-1 pts. wt. rare earth catalyst powder and filler powder (balance amount). In the zinc-aluminum alloy powder, the mass ratio of zinc and aluminum is 78:22. In the nickel-chromium alloy powder, the mass ratio of nickel and chromium is 40:18. In the zinc-bismuth alloy powder, the mass ratio of zinc and bismuth is 95:5. The average thickness of the multi-element infiltration layer is 30-150 μm. The wear-resistant layer further comprises sealing paint layer USE - The wear-resistant layer is useful in iron and steel base material e.g. metal diffusion layer and passivation film layer, and anti-corrosion of steel-based workpiece, preferably metal parts for concrete bridges in the transportation field (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant layer has excellent corrosion resistance, and reduces the influence of the performance of the workpiece, ensures the stability of the seepage layer production, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for anticorrosive and wear-resistant steel-based workpiece.
