NOVELTY - Phase-change heat-conductive silicone grease comprises silicone oil, aluminum oxide, two-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride/graphene heterostructure material compound, phase-change material and macromolecule modifier. USE - Used as phase-change heat-conductive silicone grease containing macromolecular modifier. ADVANTAGE - The grease: utilizes self-made macromolecular modifier to modify heat-conductive filler in-situ; improves the interface compatibility between the substrate and filler; and has improves workability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the grease containing macromolecular modifier, comprising stirring silicone oil and paraffin, adding aluminum oxide, two-dimensional hexagonal boron nitride/graphene heterostructure material and macromolecular modifier, stirring again, heating to 100-120℃, vacuuming, stirring and cooling to obtain the finished product.
