NOVELTY - The power distribution member is formed by bending and piling up a sheet (12) containing first layer formed of metal material (17) such as copper and second layer formed of graphene (18) having smaller electrical resistance. The second layer is formed thinner than first layer. USE - Power distribution member used for bus-bar for supplying electricity to e.g. battery, motor of motor vehicle. ADVANTAGE - Reduces size and weight of the power distribution member and simplifies processing of power distribution member into given shaped since sheet used as raw material of power distribution member is formed by accumulating first layer made of metal material such as copper and second layer made of graphene. The power distribution edge is easily connectable with the exterior electrode by arranging the metal material to outermost layer of power distribution member.
