▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene precursor is intercalated graphite compound which can be converted into large amount of gas at 100-300 degrees C between graphite layers, of which 24-50 g of compound that can be converted to large amount of gas at 100-300 degrees C is inserted in 2-3 g graphene precursor. USE - Graphene precursor use for preparing functional graphene or graphene nanocomposites (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly and does not require organic solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the: (1) preparation of graphene precursor comprising weighing (100-200):(50-100):(1-2) mass ratio of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and potassium permanganate, mixing sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, adding potassium permanganate, mixing at 10 degrees C to obtain mixed solution, dissolving graphite flakes in mixed solution according to mass ratio of (2-3):(120-172), performing ultrasonic oxidation at 0-10 degrees C, washing, filtering to obtain graphite with oxidation degree 7-15, mixing with water, ultrasonic mixing to obtain 1.1-1.3 wt.% graphite aqueous solution, adding non-acid raw material according to mass ratio of (2-3):(12-55), ultrasonic mixing at - 5 to 0 degrees C, adding acid raw materials, ultrasonicating to obtain stable suspension, filtering, and drying; (2) preparation of functional graphene comprising adding graphene precursor to epoxy resin, mixing at 100-300 degrees C, dispersing to obtain mixed solution, washing with acetone, and drying solid material; and (3) preparation of graphene nanocomposite material comprising adding graphene precursor to epoxy resin, mixing at 100-300 degrees C, dispersing to obtain mixed solution, cooling and mixing at 95-105 degrees C, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, obtaining black suspension, cooling to 35-40 degrees C, adding curing agent, stirring, removing impurities, removing air bubbles, and heating and solidifying.
