▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a transition metal single atom catalyst involves dispersing graphene in deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, which is used as a catalyst load, and taking transition metal as active center. The transition metal salt aqueous solution is added to the graphene dispersion, and then put under light source to irradiate and stir for 3-6 hours. The reaction product is frozen until a solid is formed, then freeze-dried in vacuo to obtain a transition metal monoatomic catalyst. USE - Method for preparing transition metal single atom catalyst used for synthesizing furandicarboxylic acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare transition metal single atom catalyst with production efficiency in a cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a green synthesis method of furandicarboxylic acid, which involves: (A) adding transition metal monoatomic catalyst in the autoclave equipped with furan; (B) using carbon dioxide to replace the inner cavity of the autoclave; (C) stirring the reaction at 70-100 degrees C and 0.1-1.0Mpa for 10-20 hours; (D) using carbon dioxide to adjust the reaction pressure; and (E) adding solvent I to dissolve the reaction product, and then filtering, and post-treating to obtain furandicarboxylic acid.
