NOVELTY - A polyarylether nitrile self-lubricating multi-element material comprises 71-76 wt.% polyarylether nitrile, 21-23 wt.% reinforcing fiber and 1-8 wt.% solid lubricant. USE - The polyarylether nitrile self-lubricating multi-element material is used in industrial equipment and aerospace applications. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent friction and wear performance, stable thermal performance, low dielectric frequency dependence and low water absorption rate, has high temperature resistance, high strength, corrosion resistance, good compatibility with other material, and good adhesive force with the filler, adopts boron nitride, graphene or polytetrafluoroethylene as solid lubricant to reduce the coefficient of friction of the interface, and adopts reinforcing fiber as the bearing unit to prolong the service life of the transfer film. The material is produced in large scale, the product processing precision is high, and the processing cost is low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the polyarylether nitrile self-lubricating multi-element material comprising (S1) melting and blending polyarylether nitrile powder, reinforcing fibers and solid lubricant using a double-screw extruder, extruding and granulating to obtain granules, and (S2) carrying out hot press molding or injection molding on the granules to obtain the product.
