NOVELTY - Graphene polymer waterproof paint master batch comprises 1 pts. wt. graphene/carrier, 0.5-1 pts. wt. emulsifier and 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylate. USE - Used as graphene polymer waterproof paint master batch. ADVANTAGE - The master batch has high production efficiency, exerts high surface energy to reinforce mechanical properties of polymer film, has hydrophobicity and oil repellency, does not need acid of high strength. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the masterbatch, comprising (i) adding 100mg of 80-mesh high-purity natural flake graphite into 250 ml polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave, adding 100 ml N-methylpyrrolidone as organic solvent, and reacting at 140-160 degrees C for 3-5 hours, pouring the obtained graphite dispersion into the ultrasound system, fixing ultrasonic power and taking out, (ii) adding 2000-3000 mg microporous material carrier to the graphite dispersion prepared in step (i), centrifuging at 2000 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes to obtain the upper layer of graphene/carrier solution, wrapping the graphene produced under high-speed rotation outside the microporous material, (iii) removing the graphene/carrier solution obtained in the step (ii) by filtration through a cellulose membrane and removing N-methylpyrrolidone from the graphene/carrier solution, washing three times with deionized water, and placing graphene/carrier particles in 100 ml deionized water, ultrasonically treating to obtain a graphene/carrier aqueous solution and freeze-drying to obtain a graphene/carrier powder, and (iv) mixing the graphene/carrier powder with emulsifier and polyacrylate emulsion, emulsifying dispersion for 0.5 hours under high-speed stirring, and dispersing the graphene/support in the polyacrylate emulsion in the form of micelles to obtain final product.
