The acid binding agent is selected from sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate and/or triethylamine. The solvent is selected from water, acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran. The amine-containing substance is selected from aqueous ammonia, ethylenediamine, glycine, alanine, beta -alanine and valine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for synthesizing amine graphene water treatment agent involves adding chlorine-containing graphene, acid binding agent and solvent mixture, ultrasonically processing, adding amine-containing substances, heating at 10-200 degrees C, adjusting pH value to 6.5-7.5, filtering, washing and drying the filter cake to obtain graphene. The acid binding agent is selected from sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate and/or triethylamine. The solvent is selected from water, acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran. The amine-containing substance is selected from aqueous ammonia, ethylenediamine, glycine, alanine, beta -alanine and valine.
