NOVELTY - Making graphene conductive film involves: depositing metal copper on surface of graphite electrode, growing graphene on surface of the metal copper, adhering heat release adhesive tape on graphene surface and heating to form first adhesive tape/graphite/copper composite film (F1), taking (F1) as anode and subjecting to electrochemical etching method to form thermal release adhesive tape and second composite membrane (M2) having graphene composite film, and depositing a metal thin film on graphite surface and (M2) on transparent substrate, and removing heat release adhesive tape. USE - For preparation of graphene conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The present method reduces the damage of graphene; shortens the preparation time; reduces cost; and is suitable for preparing large area graphene conductive film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene conductive film involves: in the electrolyte solution taking graphite as cathode, and copper foil as anode, using electrochemical deposition method for depositing metal copper on the surface of the graphite electrode, growing graphene on the surface of the metal copper by using chemical vapor deposition, adhering heat release adhesive tape on graphene surface and heating at high temperature to obtain first adhesive tape/graphite/copper composite film, taking the first adhesive tape/graphite/copper composite film as anode, and graphite as cathode, and subjecting to electrochemical etching method for removing metal copper to obtain thermal release adhesive tape and second composite membrane having graphene composite film, and depositing a metal thin film on the graphite surface and second composite membrane on the surface of the transparent substrate, removing heat release adhesive tape under the heating condition to obtain graphene conductive film.
