NOVELTY - Magnetorheological rubber composition comprises rubber substrate, magnetic particles, reinforcing agent, active agent, sulfur, N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide and anti-aging agent. The reinforcing agent comprises carbon black, carbon nano tube and graphene. USE - Used as magnetorheological rubber composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition: has high temperature resistance, good material mechanical property, magnetic rheological effect and good processing technique performance, tensile strength at 100 degrees C is more than 10 MPa, and magnetorheological effect can reach more than 200%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing magnetorheological rubber composition comprising (1) mixing rubber substrate, magnetic particles, reinforcing agent, active agent and anti-aging agent for first mixing, discharging glue and parking to obtain the masterbatch, (2) mixing master batch and sulfur, accelerant for second mixing, discharging glue to obtain mixed rubber, (3) injecting mixed rubber into mold, performing pre-structuring treatment under magnetic field to orient the magnetic particles to obtain pre-structured mixed rubber after processing, and (4) vulcanizing and molding pre-structured mixed rubber to obtain magnetorheological rubber composition.
