▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves encapsulating a two-dimensional material device in a sealed space formed by a base, a cover glass, and a packaging glue, where the thickness of the packaging glue is higher than thickness of the two-dimensional material device in an inert gas environment. The base and the packaging glue are made of electromagnetic shielding material. The two-dimensional material device is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The packaging glue is consisted of a graphene powder. USE - Method for packaging air-sensitive two-dimensional material device. ADVANTAGE - The device avoids overlapping of two-dimensional material to be measured with a layer of graphene or boron nitride package so as to easily generate track hybridization. The protective material is free from or less influenced by the external environment. The device removes cover glass influence and provides a safe and stable environment for subsequent research and test of the air-sensitive two-dimensional material device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a packaging device of air-sensitive two-dimensional material device for realizing the packaging method.
