NOVELTY - Preparation of aluminum nitride doped reduced graphene oxide-lithium composite material involves (s1) mixing aluminum nitride with graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to obtain suspension, (s2) pumping and drying the suspension liquid to obtain an aluminum nitride doped graphene oxide film, (s3) carrying out thermal radiation reduction and expansion on the aluminum nitride-doped graphene oxide film to obtain an aluminum nitride-doped reduced graphene oxide expanded three-dimensional framework, (s4) pressing the aluminum nitride doped reduced graphene oxide expanded three-dimensional framework, and adsorbing liquid molten metal lithium. USE - Preparation of aluminum nitride doped reduced graphene oxide-lithium composite material used as negative electrode material in lithium battery (all claimed), and lithium ion secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum nitride doped reduced graphene oxide-lithium composite material does not generate lithium excess, effectively inhibits the growth of lithium dendritic crystal and high energy density, and has low interface impedance and excellent long cycle stability.
