NOVELTY - Fast sedimentation device comprises a circulating water channel (1) whose water inlet is fixedly provided with a coarse filter screen (2). A graphene polymerization film (3) is provided on a top part of the circulating water channel. An upper surface of the graphene polymerization film is fixed with magnet particles. A back side of the coarse filter screen is fixed with a water hammer device (5). Magnet particles are provided with an electromagnetic coil (6). A side surface of the circulating water channel is fixedly installed with a power supply control module that is electrically connected with the electromagnetic coil. USE - The device is useful for purifying and softening industrial circulating water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device controls magnetic force of the electromagnetic coil, so that the magnet particles drive the graphene polymerization film to do sine wave motion under the influence of magnetic field. The sine wave of the graphene polymerization film is impacted with the industrial circulating water fluctuation, so as to capture most metal ions, various fungi, bacteria and algae in the circulating water, thus realizes the purification and softening of the industrial circulating water.
