NOVELTY - Graphene heating device comprises a graphene composite film heating substrate, preferably a composite flexible film of graphene/aqueous resin, a first polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, a second PET film, a conductive metal foil, preferably a copper foil, a reflective film, preferably aluminum foil, a wire, a power interface, a temperature sensor, and a temperature controller. The first PET film and graphene composite film heating substrate, and the second PET film and the reflective film are connected in sequence. A conductive metal foil and a temperature sensor are provided the connection between the first PET film and the graphene composite film heating substrate. The conductive metal foil is connected to the graphene composite film heating substrate, and is also connected to the power supply interface by using a wire. The temperature sensor is connected to the thermostat by using a wire. The temperature controller is connected to the power supply interface by using a wire. USE - The device is useful for preparing heating plaster (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device: accelerates the body's blood circulation, and metabolism; increases the regeneration of cell tissues; improves immunity; soothes nerves; has physiotherapy and healthcare effects; realizes electric heating film can be reused; and is economical.
